上一回初步簡介了人工智慧（Artificial Intelligence, AI）中的自然語言處理（Natural language processing , NLP），這回我們從特定領域的資料與應用情境加以說明，希望能讓大家對自然語言處理更理解。非結構化資料的分析與理解

自然語言處理屬於人工智慧的一環   
近年因為智能客服，讓大家聽聞了「自然語言處理」這個詞彙，但「自然語言處理」就等於「智能客服」嗎？自然語言處理到底是什麼呢？我們得首先瞭解一下，什麼是人工智慧。有學者這麼定義人工智慧：機器模擬人類認知功能，像人

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is popular. The startup company HowiseAI , which has been recognized by AI 50 Campaign of Smart City Summit & Expo for two consecutive years, launched the "AI Insurance Clerk", which uses natural language processing to share the part of the salesperson work and lets them do not have to bring a lot of document, to helps promote insurance sales.

 The insurance industry is no exception. HowiseAI , an AI startup specializing in natural language processing, and MMXtion, providing well-known and considerate service for insurance industry, have cooperated to launch "AI Insurance Underwriting and Claim" to help insurance industry "three savings a day, saving time, labor, and money".
